Integrative Psychotherapy in South West London & Online

A calm and supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings

I hold a Master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy from Regent’s University London and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), working in accordance with their ethical framework.

Alongside my private practice, I have gained clinical experience working within both NHS services and the mental health charity Mind, supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

Prior to training as a psychotherapist, I worked as a teacher. This experience deepened my understanding of emotional development, relational dynamics, and the ways in which early experiences shape our sense of self, which continues to inform my therapeutic work.

My practice is grounded in contemporary psychotherapy theory, ongoing clinical work, and reflective practice.

How I work

A safe, confidential space

I aim to create a calm, non-judgemental environment where you feel genuinely heard and understood. Working together, therapy can help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

An integrative approach

My approach is relational and integrative, drawing on humanistic and psychodynamic therapy. This means we may explore not only the difficulties you are experiencing in the present, but also how past experiences and relationships may have shaped the way you see yourself and others.

Developing understanding

By developing greater awareness and understanding, it can become possible to move beyond patterns that may no longer serve you.

What issues can psychotherapy help with?

People often come to therapy because they are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, or struggling with low self-worth or relationship difficulties. Others may feel disconnected from themselves or uncertain about the direction of their lives. Therapy can offer an opportunity to pause, reflect, and develop a deeper understanding of these experiences.

I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including:

Anxiety

Low self-esteem

Relationship difficulties

Life changes

Depression

Trauma

Addiction

Eating disorders

Whether you come with a specific difficulty or simply a sense that something does not feel right, therapy can provide a space to explore your experience and support meaningful and lasting change.

Sessions are confidential, although confidentiality may be broken in situations involving risk of harm or safeguarding concerns, wherever possible this will be discussed with you first.

Some frequently asked questions

What is psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe, confidential environment. It can help you understand patterns, process difficult emotions, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.

What is an integrative approach?

An integrative approach means I draw from different therapeutic models (such as humanistic, psychodynamic, and CBT) to tailor the work to you, rather than using a one-size-fits-all method.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is an opportunity for us to explore what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping for. It’s also a chance for you to see how it feels to work with me. The relationship is central to therapy. You may get a sense from an initial session, and it’s always okay to ask questions or take time to decide.

How many sessions will we have?

This varies from person to person. Some clients come for short-term work, while others choose longer-term therapy. We can review this together.

The work is open-ended, but it can be helpful to agree on an initial number of sessions and review this together. We will check in regularly to reflect on how the process is feeling and whether it continues to meet your needs. You are free to decide how long you would like to continue, and my aim is to support you for as long as the work feels helpful and beneficial.
